THE OPPORTUNITY:

Artico currently seeks an executive search Consultant to support our search team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing full life-cycle recruitment, working closely with our search Partners, Associates, and Project Managers on all facets of executive search including search strategy, managing the execution and direction of research, development of all client-facing search related materials (position specifications, target lists, status reports, etc.), candidate development, candidate interviews, candidate assessment, and candidate presentation as well as referencing. You will drive search execution and project deliverables in partnership with the Partners, while providing an exceptional experience for all clients and candidates. As an integral member of our team, you are intellectually curious and naturally self-driven. You set audacious goals for yourself and strive to win.

LOCATION:

We are a remote company and our amazing Consultant can be based anywhere in the United States.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Participate in client launch meetings and gather information to gain a comprehensive understanding of the client company, industry, and position requirements and develop a focused search strategy

  • Research and identify prospective candidates through targeted company research, industry sources, relevant prior searches, aggressive networking and collaboration across the firm and with external contacts

  • Conduct in-depth interviews to qualify and assess prospective candidates against position requirements and key competencies

  • Work with Project Managers and Associates to prepare all client and candidate-facing search materials including position specifications, candidate assessments, and status/market feedback reports

  • Maintain the accuracy, quality, and integrity of all search information in our project management system / database (Thrive)

THE CANDIDATE:

SKILLS:

  • Solid business acumen and an ability to quickly learn new industries, functions, and markets

  • Exceptional customer service focus, including attention to producing quality results

  • Values accuracy and possesses strong attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization and to outside parties

  • Technologically adept, with a high degree of proficiency with MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), search databases, and various online research tools to execute work

  • Open minded and always eager to improve. Highly adaptable and flexible with an ability to work with minimal supervision and direction

KNOWLEDGE:

  • Undergraduate degree

EXPERIENCE:

  • Progressive business experience in an executive search, sales, or  professional services environment is preferred

  • Proven project management skills meeting multiple and/or unexpected deadlines demonstrated through experience working in a fast-paced environment with a demand for quick turnarounds
